Terms & Conditions & Useful Information for your Trip BOOKINGS: A 40% non-refundable deposit must be paid within 7 days to confirm bookings. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival day. AIR CHARTER: Transfer from Cairns to Haggerstone Island is via Private Air Charter, flying time is approximately two hours. Soft bags only. Luggage allowance is strictly 15kg per person. FITNESS: Haggerstone Island operates in remote and often rugged locations. Guests must be in good health and have a reasonable degree of fitness. LIABILITY: Although all precautions will be taken, Haggerstone Island will accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects, or expenses incurred as a result of any delay, cancellation or alteration of any services due to circumstances beyond our control.
